A comfortable hotel in Chicago. Exceptional location ; absolutely fantastic breakfast and spacious bed. The staff was informative & consistently courteous. The provided service was impeccable too. Walking distance to stores and expensive stores across the street.

Buffet breakfast and neat rooms. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Giordano's that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Smooth check-in and excellent service. We had a pleasant time.
